Making a Difference

Our goal is to provide a worry free experience by taking the focus off of ourselves and focusing on others. This is illustrated by our Dream Manager program, our Corporate Chaplain, our debt reduction program, traveling incentives, and 401(K). If we make a difference in the lives of our team members then we have created the atmosphere for them to make a difference in the lives of others both professionally, and more importantly, personally.

We strive to make a philanthropic difference by supporting Samaritan's Purse, Angel Flight, Challenge Air and local charities. Zig Ziglar said it best, "If we help enough other people get what they want, we will eventually get what we want."

Friendliness

Whether working with a client, pilot, mechanic, line service or a supplier, we always strive to be friendly. The Allen Groupe is different because we select those with the right attitude and then train for the skill. Negative people drain any relationship while positive people are encouraging and better to have around.

Cleanliness

Cleaning is NOT who we are. We are people who clean but cleanliness starts with our personal appearance, the condition and presentation of our equipment, vehicles and environment. The difference between getting the job done and getting it done right is usually an extra 5%. We always strive to make the extra effort whether it involves our people, our equipment, or your aircraft.
